Miramar sailing in Orford

With fatherhood increasingly imminent, I need to assess my priorities, one key one being my boat! I really haven't managed to use her enough this year and next is unlikely to be much better. I don't really want to sell or mothball her so I was wondering if there may be one or two Club members who may be interested in a share of running costs in exchange for using her.

Miramar is a Sadler 25 and is a really great all rounder. She is well equipped and very easy to sail, ideal for the river or short passages up and down the coast. She has a small inboard diesel engine and a tender and rubber dinghy with outboard. She is moored on the western side of the river just upstream from the clubhouse.

Ideally I would like to share with at least two people and would look for contributions in the order of £500 per year plus help with maintenance at the beginning and end of the season. I am based in London so the boat would be free to use throughout the week plus an even share of weekends. I would look to operate a fairly informal booking system just to make sure there are no clashes – but hopefully if we get on we could also do some sailing together!
